About us
Passionate and talented people at your service
We're a software studio based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We work with startups and companies to build apps people love, and we publish products of our own.
Our values
The values that drive us
Transparent
Open, accessible information is the best way to help others. We represent ourselves and our intentions honestly to our coworkers and our customers, and share as much as we can without compromising our other values.
Authentic
We are the same people online and offline, in the office and out of it. We respect and encourage free expression of different opinions and backgrounds, in an environment that supports everyone.
Generous
We over-deliver when we can and give our community and customers more than their money's worth. Giving back without expecting anything in return is its own reward.
Passionate
Passion drives us. It gives us energy and motivation, and it is what creates genuine interest and care in the work we do.
Fun
We try to make software development more enjoyable and not take ourselves too seriously. We keep a friendly, relaxed workplace and bring that positivity to our customers and community.
Empathetic
Minimal Bits is a safe place where we try to see things from other people's perspectives. We treat others the way we want to be treated: with respect for their thoughts, feelings and opinions.
Bold
We have the courage to take fearless steps. Disrupting and innovating means acting that way, and we believe in the 10X rule. We don't assume existing norms are the right path. We question best practices and often find a better path of our own.
